We give a FREE  DELIVERY on orders to most of mainland England, but note Surcharge for delivery may apply to Scotland and remote locations.

At check out you will be advised of any extra charges before purchase.

Delivery is Monday to Friday by the carrier book-in service and they will contact you directly once the item has been dispatched to arrange a delivery day to ensure you are available.

Deliveries are arranged through the Pallet net work.

Please keep the local carrier number for any delivery enquires after they have contacted you.

Delivery is to kerbside or driveway only.(this is due to the carriers insurance and they will not cover any damage to property or drive ways)

Please do not ask to have the items delivered to the garden or be unboxed.

Care for your Furniture

The Rattan Furniture is hand  woven, so no two pieces are identically the same, so one section can vary from the other which has no impact on its durability.

The Rattan may sag under the glass in hot condition direct sunlight which reforms back to normal when it's cooled back down. 

The Staple fixing, screws and bolts & welds can develop a film of rust in damp conditions.

The frames of our sets are coated for optical reasons. The coating is sometimes minimally damaged in the production process. This doesn't affect the quality or durability of the frame in any way.
