What do I need to do to return a product?

Returns & refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a purchased item. Please review our Returns Policy below for more information.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Before returning an item, please contact customer service with a picture of the product. In case of damage, please provide pictures of the damage details of the product.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We reserve the right to deny a return if the items do not meet these criteria.

Refunds will be processed upon the successful receipt and inspection of the returned items.

To ensure a smooth and efficient returns process, please provide your order number when initiating a return. This information is essential for our returns team to accurately locate and process your order. Without this, there may be delays in handling your request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you cancel your order or return an item to us, rest assured that we will process your refund as soon as possible. For canceled orders, we will process your refund immediately, but it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your original payment method.

For returns, we expect it to take up to 5 working days to inspect the returned item for any faults or damage. Once we have confirmed that the item is in its original packaging and condition, we will process your refund. Although we will process the refund immediately, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to show up as a refund to your original method of payment.

For all refunds, please note that sometimes refunds are shown as being made on the day you paid, rather than the day we refunded you, so if you feel that the refund date is missing, we recommend that you check the date of payment on your bank statement. If you have any questions about your refund, please feel free to contact us. Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.

If it is due to a quality issue then the return shipping costs will be paid by the seller. Unfortunately, for any unwanted items, the return costs will be borne by the buyer, but we are happy to help you find the cheapest traceable return service. We are not responsible for the loss of any items not returned via a traceable service. Unwanted items cannot be returned to any of our stores/showrooms, exceptions can be made for smaller parcels but please contact us first to arrange this.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our packaging is safe and secure and that your items are safe and sound inside, in the event of any faults, knocks or bumps caused by us or our couriers, we will seek to resolve the situation immediately. We may send someone to repair your item, collect your item (in some cases we may even ask you to donate it to charity if we think it would be useful to someone else) and then refund you in full, repair it or arrange a replacement. In order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, when you contact us, please be sure to include a detailed picture of the problem so that we know the best way to resolve it.

If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, or if you have changed your mind and don't want your order anymore - this happens from time to time and we understand. As long as your order hasn't been picked and packed in our warehouse, you can cancel it. We ship quickly, so if you want to cancel your order, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

If your order has already been picked and packed or marked as dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order at this stage. Depending on the location of your order, we will attempt to work with our courier to recall your order back to us for a refund. Alternatively, you will need to refuse delivery from the courier or you will be responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to us.
