If you are not happy with your order, we will still be friends! You can return your order up to 30 days after it has been delivered to you.
So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
• with both Goods and Packaging as far as possible in their original condition
• securely wrapped
• including our Returns Note with you Name and Order Number
• at your risk and cost
• we suggest, by recorded or signed delivery. If it is a garden set, we are happy to organise collection for you. Depending on your Postcode the collection cost starts at £75. We will always quote you before organising collection. The cost for the collection will be deducted from your refund. If the set was not sufficiently wrapped and damage occurred in transit because of this fact, a further amount might be deducted.
Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to email@example.com. Quote your Order Number and exactly what Goods you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If there is a manufacturing fault and you would like to return the goods, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, quote your Order Number and give full details with pictures of the defect. We will always try to rectify the problem first if you would prefer us to do so. There are no costs for returning the goods in case of a manufacturing fault, but the Goods needs to be securely wrapped for collection. If the set was not sufficiently wrapped and damage occurred in transit because of this fact, an amount for additional damage might be deducted from your refund.
