Finished in a matte anthracite grey with accented Fogo red handles, the Firecracker will look ace in your outdoor spot of choice. In most postcode areas we are able to deliver between 3-7 working days.
Garden Furniture and Barbecue orders to Northern Ireland will be delivered on a Pallet to your Kerbside or Drive. Orders will be delivered in between 7-10 working days.
There is a Free delivery on Replacement Clips to all UK postcode areas. For Republic of Ireland there is a £12.95 Delivery Charge. They will be sent out to you by Royal Mail.
DPD will deliver your rain covers to you and they will contact you directly regarding your delivery once we created the label. Please make sure your Mobile Number is correct. We use their Next Day Delivery Service where possible. There might be a delivery surcharge depending on your postcode area, which will be calculated at checkout. The surcharge ranges from £12.95 to £19.
Fedex will deliver your new Parasol and they will contact you directly regarding your delivery once we created the label. We use their Next Day Delivery Service where possible. There might be a delivery surcharge depending on your postcode area, which will be calculated at checkout. The surcharge ranges from £25 to £49.
"If you order a Rain Cover, Barbecue, Parasol and / or Garden Set at the same time, we might deliver them together with either the 2-person delivery service or pallet delivery, depending on your postcode area."
Garden Furniture and Barbecues: NEW 2-Person Delivery Service
We have partnered with BJS Home Delivery to offer a 2-PERSON DELIVERY for postcodes in Zone 1 and 2. If or once your furniture or garden set is in stock:
- We will pass on your contact details to BJS within 2-5 working days.
- Once your contact details have been passed on, BJS will send you an Email and SMS the same day with a link, through which you can accept your proposed delivery date (usually for 48 hours later), or request a different date. Make sure we have your correct contact details.
- In light of this, the delivery will take place in 3-7 working days.
- BJS will send you a delivery confirmation including your tracking number.
- The day before your delivery, you will receive a 3-hour timeslot and you can track your delivery team.
- You will receive a phone call from the delivery team approximately half an hour before they arrive.
- The delivery team will place your new garden set in your garden, they will unpack it and take away all the packaging. They will not assemble it.

Pallet Delivery Service
If you live in any of the following postcode areas, we unfortunately can’t arrange a 2-person delivery, but we can deliver your new garden furniture on a pallet to your kerbside. This delivery service will be provided by the Fortec Distribution Network. It will take 3-5 working days and we will contact you regarding your delivery date.
For our Northern Ireland Customers: as soon as your garden furniture has arrived in the Northern Ireland depot, they will contact you regarding your delivery date. Delivery will between 7-10 working days.
Unfortunately, there is a delivery surcharge for the following areas:
Zone 3 - PALLET DELIVERY £25 for PO30-41 (Isle of Wight)
Zone 4 – PALLET DELIVERY £59 for BT (All of Northern Ireland)
Zone 5 – PALLET DELIVERY £99 for IM1-9 (Isle of Man), KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-78, PH42-44
Republic of Ireland
This service is suspended due to Brexit paperwork issues.
We don’t want to ignore you guys, as you have gardens and sunshine too! Deliveries will take a little bit longer though. Normally it takes around 10-working days from dispatch. There is a delivery surcharge though and if there is import duty, you will have to pay this direct to the shipper.

Important notes regarding your 2-person delivery service
Changes - You can make changes to your delivery date and delivery details until Midday the day before your booked delivery date.
Safe Place - You can provide the delivery company with a "safe place" to leave your furniture, in case you can't be home to take the delivery. You can organise that at the time of your booking or in writing before Midday the day before your booked delivery date.
Delivery Times - The 3-hour time slots are between 7am and 9pm.
Delivery Days - At the moment we can only offer weekday deliveries between 7am and 9pm. Depending on your postcode area, you will be offered weekdays based on the route of the delivery team. In some areas they might for example only come on a Thursday and Friday.
Failed Delivery - If nobody is home after arranging the delivery date and you have not been in contact with the delivery company regarding a safe place, we will have to charge for the redelivery. The delivery team will call from around 30 minutes away and the customer service team will email too in case they cannot get hold of you. They will try everything to make the delivery successful, but can't leave the furniture without your consent. The price for redelivery depends on the size of your garden set and postcode area. Prices are from £65 including VAT.
Damages - The delivery team will place your new garden set in your garden, will unpack it for you and will take away the rubbish. They will not assemble it, but will make sure there aren't any issues. If there are small issues, we can resolve those for you by sending out replacement parts. You should accept the delivery, but make sure the issues are noted by the delivery team. If you are not sure if it is the correct set, there is large damage or you are not sure about the colour, please contact us on 0800 772 3766 before the delivery team is leaving. We can together decide for the delivery team to take it back immediately or if there is another solution.
Unforeseen Circumstances - 98% of our orders are delivered on the booked delivery date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery can't take place on the booked date. The delivery company will contact you as soon as they are aware and will rebook your delivery. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused.
Important Notes regarding your Pallet Delivery Service
Delivery Days - We can only offer weekday deliveries. If you wish to receive your delivery on a specific weekday, please contact us on reply of your email order confirmation and we are happy to organise that for you instead.
Delivery Time - The standard delivery time slot is anytime between 9am and 5pm. There needs to be someone available at the delivery address at any time during this period. Unfortunately, we can’t give a time slot prior to or on the day of delivery, nor can the driver call before delivery. If you need the delivery to be at a certain time or part of the day, please contact us as there are other options. Unfortunately, there will be a surcharge for this service.
Pallet Kerbside Delivery - We use the very reliable Fortec pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Failed Delivery - If for any reason there is nobody at the delivery address on the agreed day of delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Prices are from £65 including VAT.
