Half Term is upon us and all parents out there are desperately searching for activities to keep the little ones occupied. Days out with the kids are fun but can be expensive. Plus, by the time you’ve hauled all family members into the car and sat in 15 traffic jams, it’s time to head back again!

We’ve collated 5 fantastically fun activities to get stuck into, from the comfort of your very own garden! Check them out below and get ready for family fun you won’t forget!

Outdoor Cinema

This one is PERFECT for entertaining the kids…and gaining a few brownie points for being the coolest parents ;-) Project the kids’ favourite movie (hopefully that doesn’t spark too many arguments!) onto a wall or screen with a projector and cosy up on your Club Rattan Furniture with blankets and snacks! You can even get creative and create movie posters and tickets with the kids during the day for the full experience.

Cooking outdoors

The warming weather is perfect for starting to eat outside. Who doesn’t love a bit of Alfresco Dining? We all know the excitement of a BBQ in the summer- for both kids and adults- so it’s a perfect choice for some family fun! Barbecue foods suck as kebabs are super fun to personalise to your own taste and prepare with the kids to get them involved in the process. This is perfect for those who love a bit of arts and crafts!
